Dreams – Can You Make Them Your Reality?
In this post I want to talk to you about dreams. Have you let go of your dreams? Have your dreams really come true? Have you moved into them or have you put them on the back burner?
These are all the questions we are going to discuss today.
We’re going to also talk about whether you have accomplished everything you set out to do?
When you were a little kid and you wanted to be a firefighter or a doctor, did you accomplish that, whatever it is? Well, I want to talk to you a little bit about dreams, and what I have found is that a lot of people let go of their dreams.
You Can Accomplish Your Dreams
I think that the ability to accomplish whatever it is we set out to do has a lot to do with our environment, a lot to do with the kind of encouragement that we either did or didn’t get growing up, and I was scrolling through my Facebook news feed yesterday, and a friend of mine, Leah, she’s actually in Paris I think right now, somewhere in France, I met her a few years ago. She’s a fabulous young lady, and she recommended this question or this book, and I’m sorry I don’t remember the name of the person that she was referring to, but I will tell you that I did write down the questions and it really caused me to stop and ask these questions for myself. They can be very powerful, so I’m going to actually ask you them.
If you were on your deathbed, and you had to answer these three questions. Imagine you’re at the end of your life, you’re at the very end of your life, okay? And these are the questions that you ask yourself. And I really want you to get into this, because the ability to answer these questions honestly is the ability to really take a look at what are you doing, and that you are on track, okay?
So what did you love? You’re on your deathbed, and you have the chance to answer these questions. The first one is what did you love? What did you love?
The second question is do you have any regrets? Do you have any regrets?
And then the third question is, if you were given one more chance at living, what would you do?
Now, spending your time sitting in these questions can really force you to say to yourself, “Am I living the way that I want to live?”
Am I living the way that I want to live? Am I following through with what I intended to do in my life?
So again, let me recap these questions real quick. What did you love? Do you have any regrets? If you were given one more chance at living, what would you do?
Now, answer them honestly and sit in them and feel this. You’re at your deathbed and you have to answer these questions.
What does it feel like? If you can examine yourself and really be truthful and honest, and take the time to do this, it really, really can be powerful. So I hope that you do take the time, feel free, and if you did accomplish your dream, more power to you.
Yay, I’m so happy for you!
But if you’re not exactly on track, spending time in this might give you a little bit of redirection, and getting that redirection, and getting the confidence to follow through with that, I think that’s fabulous.
So if you want any help with that, or if you want to discuss how do you accomplish your dreams, send me a message. I have a way, and I can help you.

So what do you want in life – Do you have it figured out?
How are you on this what looks to be a beautiful Memorial Day? Remember the fallen. I am a vet. I appreciate when you say thank you. I really do. Memorial Day is a day of remembrance. Okay, so that’s my little tip for today. My morning mojo.
You know I was listening to a recording of a seminar done actually quite a few years ago. And the person running the seminar had a really good point. And he talked about, when most people really think about what they want in life, they don’t really want to be wealthy. They really want to be worry free.
They don’t want to, and I don’t know where you are in this category. I think that sometimes when we’re younger, especially, it’s easy to say, “Oh, I want to be a millionaire.” Not really knowing what that means. Because I think with great wealth comes great responsibility.
But you know, the notion that he had about living a worry free life. You know, if your car breaks down, not worrying about whether you can fix it, or buy a new one. If your grandchildren need braces, not worrying about if you can help them out and pay for them if your children can’t, or whatever it is that you feel like contributing.
And so really, that struck home with me, and I thought, that struck a chord with me, and I thought, you know, that’s a conversation to have. Because what if, then, instead of people promising wealth in whatever they’re doing, what if we talked about less worry?
Watch the following video to find out my take on this topic…
The ability to have more freedom is key
The ability to have more freedom. Freedom in time and freedom in money. And I think that’s the key. So when you wonder about, you know, where do you want to go in your life, is it that you want to be multi-billionaire? Or is it that I want to make sure I have freedom of choice? And I really like that one. I like not worrying about anything and I like having freedom of choice. So and I think that that’s admirable.
And also, there’s nothing wrong with money. Don’t get me wrong. But because if you look at the majority of people in the world, 80% of them or more are basically just doing what they think they have to do. And it’s because they’re trying to pay their bills and they’re trying to just get their things taken care of.
They’re trying to not worry. You know? So that’s just a little thought for the day. And I wanted to, I labeled it “morning mojo” because it’s in the morning, and I don’t usually do these videos in the morning, but I wanted to tell you that.
You know, there’s a way to get exactly what you want. Anything that you want in your life, whatever that want is.
You can get results by taking certain, by making certain changes, by creating certain habits. And I just want to encourage you that whatever it is that you want, whether that’s wealth or worry free, I want to encourage you to just go after it. It really and truly can be done, whatever it is, I just want you to know you can do it.
Make a decision, do some research, shoot, look on YouTube, contact me, whatever. But I just want to encourage you to go after exactly what it is. I don’t know your “it”. I don’t know what your “that” is. But I do know that we all owe it to ourselves to become the absolute best that we can be.
So I want you to do that. Just because I want you to do that. Because you should. You should. You were given amazing gifts. And I just want you to live in them. We all should live in purpose.
You are awesome. You are amazing. You are beautiful. I know that, and I want you to know that about you too!

Have you unleashed your inner game?
I just saw an article that said something about unleash … I don’t even know. Something about your inner game. And I just thought, what is inner game anyway?
And then I read it, because it was a little intriguing. I want to talk to you a little bit about what it means to me when I hear somebody say inner game. What it means and how to get into the inner game. How to release that inner game inside of you. I thought it was an important topic to talk to you about todayand how you can get to your inner game.
But first, let’s talk about what that means.
In the article she mentioned a couple of things that I totally agree with. She mentioned self sabotage and procrastination. And how these two factors can really affect your ability to get into your inner game and to really figure out how to accomplish everything that you want to accomplish in your life. That is was I believe is what your inner game is, what do you really want in life. And it doesn’t matter what you really want. What matters is, are you going for it?
Let’s have a conversation about procrastination.
I believe that procrastination is rampant anytime that we’re a little bit fearful or we’re not exactly sure that we’re going in the direction that we want to. Or maybe we really think that we want to go toward something, but we’re not exactly sure how it’s going to work out. That make us a little worried. It makes us a little afraid.
One of my mentors, Bob Proctor, calls that the terror barrier. And this particular article talked about procrastination being that it’s a self sabotaging method of procrastinating. And I get that. I agree with that completely. Have you ever noticed Nike commercials, they say just do it. The reason that appeals to us is because it give us a little bit of oomph that, yeah, I can just do it. I can just do it. I can just do it.
The other piece of it is confidence.
And how do you build confidence?
In order to get past the procrastination and just do it, you have to have the confidence in knowing that you can do it. The only way to do that is to take the actual action. It sounds like a vicious cycle, but really it’s not. Really it’s a matter of, are you willing to do what you need to do to get whatever it is that you want to get?
And are you able to perform the functions?
If something comes up and you have to kind of say to yourself, alright, well, I m able to get this done. I may not have done it before, but I’m willing to learn and I’m willing to do it. Then that knowledge actually helps you get into the groove that, alright, I can do it. It helps you get past your comfort zone. It helps you actually take the steps necessary and be like Nike, and just do it.
Those things have to happen in order to get inside your inner game.
You have to be able to believe in yourself that you can do it. And the only way that you can get to that belief is by actually taking the action that allows you to say, hey, you know what, I did it. Whatever it is. Whatever your trying to pursue. Phone calls, talking to a stranger about your product, talking to somebody about your program, anything. Taking the job application for your dream job and filling it out.
Is taking action the key to finding your inner game?
Taking action is the key that helps build the confidence that helps build a faith that helps you not sabotage yourself and helps you get rid of the procrastination, because you know you can do it. That’s all these actions that help release your inner game or really in my words I’d rather say:
your greatness inside of you, your awesomeness inside of you. That’s what it really takes.
I just want to wish you to the very end!
Because you know you are awesome. You are amazing. You are beautiful. I know that, and I want you to know that about you too!

Mindset shift for children – 30 day challenge
Mindset shift for children, this is day two. And I’m going to do a questionnaire and the kids know that I’m recording them, but they don’t know what I’m going to ask them. So we’ve been discussing mindset shift and how to do goal setting and how to, and how and why this program works, and no matter what age you are.
So we’ve decided to do this 30 day challenge, the 30 day game for these guys. They’re keeping track of it. We bought notebooks today. But I want to explain a little bit of the words I used in order to help them understand this. Some of the words that I used. We talked about the subconscious and the conscious mind, and I related the subconscious mind to soil, like just land.
But I put it in a plant, and I drew it on the board, and I showed them how if their subconscious mind was like the soil, completely ready for planting in a potted plant, how whatever seed that the conscious mind puts into it, whatever seed is planted in a potted plant, it grows.
So they understand, I hope they understand that that’s … Oh, maybe I should hold the camera like this. I hope they understand that that’s why this program works. Because paying attention to whatever seed is planted in a land, you know the soil doesn’t care what you plant in there. It will grow.
Kids questionnaire
Dianna: If you plant seeds in your mind, what will it grow?
Amrin: It will grow whatever you plant.
Dianna: Right. So what could it be?
Amrin: Nightshade, but don’t plant nightshade.
Dianna: Nightshade is …
Amrin: Poison.
Dianna: Poison. So we don’t.
Amrin: Poison is bad.
Dianna: Right. So if we plant something like nightshade in the pot, it will grow. Just like if we plant poison or negative thoughts in our … in our what?
Amrin: Mind.
Dianna: In our mind. Right. So we don’t want to plant negative things in our mind, right? Is that right?
Amrin: Mm-hmm (affirmative)-
Dianna: I think I’m gonna turn around so you can stop playing with yourself. So. What have you, what do you think, what are you doing right now? What’s your goal right now? What are you doing in your notebook?
Amrin: I had to look at my notes.
Dianna: No, you’re not looking at your notes. What did you spend time today doing?
Amrin: Oh, writing my wants list.
Dianna: Your want list. Okay.
Amrin: Soon it’s going to turn into a goals list and I can only have one goal.
Dianna: Why are we working on one goal at a time? Well let’s switch to Aveya. Hold one. We’re going to switch to Aveya. Okay Aveya, so you have your own want list, right? And then, what are you going to do with that?
Ah’Vaiah: I’m gonna turn my want list into. I’m gonna take one and I’m gonna turn it into one goal.
Dianna: One goal. Okay. So what are we going to do with that goal?
Ah’Vaiah: We’re gonna look at it every day and every night. And we’re gonna imagine it. And we’re gonna read over it a bunch of times. And when we do that, we’ll get what we want.
Dianna: Do you know, do you remember why that works? I know you’ve only had two lessons, but can you tell me why the, like you said, going over it all the time, why it works?
Ah’Vaiah: Because whatever you plant in your subconscious mind goes to your conscious mind.
Dianna: Oh, you got it backwards again.
Ah’Vaiah: I can’t do that. So the conscious mind.
Dianna: What did you just say? You said I can’t do that.
Ah’Vaiah: I can.
Dianna: I can do that. So.
Amrin: You can do it. You can do it.
Dianna: You can do it. You can do it. So. Whatever you plant in your conscious mind, goes into.
Ah’Vaiah: Your subconscious mind.
Dianna: Do you know a good way to remember this? Isn’t, aren’t there some planters that are sub-terraneums? You ever hear of those? Where it’s under. So think, just think of it that way. Sub is under. So we gotta get our thoughts from our conscious into our subconscious. Think of it that way. Or a submarine. Where does a submarine go?
Ah’Vaiah: Under water.
Dianna: Underwater. So if we want to get our thoughts in, where do we put them?
Ah’Vaiah: We put them in our subconscious?
Dianna: Yeah, very good. You put them in your subconscious. Excellent. So do you know why this works? Can you tell me why this works?
Ah’Vaiah: Because whatever you put in your conscious mind, it goes down to the subconscious mind, then it plants there and grows in your conscious.
Dianna: It grows. Exactly. You are able to form
Ah’Vaiah: Form.
Dianna: Do you remember?
Ah’Vaiah: Form a plant?
Dianna: Form a plant. Not quite. We’re able to form new habits. Right? Because the more you think about it, what happens?
Ah’Vaiah: It grows.
Dianna: It grows. So that means you do it more. So last question. And I know this has been a little hard, and I really appreciate this. Tell me why these new habits and these goals, should they be positive or negative words?
Ah’Vaiah: Positive.
Dianna: Positive. Because, every seed we plant
Ah’Vaiah: Grows.
Dianna: Exactly. So if you want good seeds, if you want good thoughts, if you want good actions to grow, you’ve got to plant good words. Is that right?
Ah’Vaiah: Mm-hmm (affirmative)-
Dianna: Are you excited?
Ah’Vaiah: Yeah.
Dianna: I’m excited, too. Alright, so, say sayonara.
Amrin: Sayonara.
Dianna: Say goodnight.
Ah’Vaiah: Goodnight.
Thank you for tuning in. We’ll keep you posted and also think about doing something fun like this for your kids to encourage them to have mindset shifts too!
and remember:
You are awesome. You are amazing. You are beautiful. I know that, and I want you to know that about you too!

Self Confidence and how I can help you
In this post today I want to do a complete talk right now about self confidence.
You know, I used to be super shy, and now, here I am on live video talking to lots of people, and how did that happen?
Well, if this is the first time you have visited my blog, my name is Dianna Good Sky, and I’d like to share a program with you today about something that I’ve learned. Honestly, it took me a lot of years to learn this, but there was a time that I used to be super shy, as a matter of fact, so shy that if I was alone and I needed something to eat, I wouldn’t go through the drive-through at a fast food by myself because I was worried that the workers would see that I was by myself and going to have to eat alone. That’s how shy I used to be.
And as a matter of fact, I could barely speak my opinion, no matter who it was I was speaking to, no matter what condition … Not what condition, what location I was at, I just couldn’t speak my mind. And even in 7th grade, this was a long time of shyness, I passed out in the 7th grade reading a five line poem to my classmates, literally passed out.
So, being shy for me, it was just always something that I was. My mom was super shy too, a lot of it I think was genetics, and a lot of it was just our environment, I think that I was just really super shy, and quiet, can you believe that? I was super quiet. No one who knows me now would say that they would guess that.
Listen to my video about how I built my self confidence…
How to gain Self Confidence
But how did I overcome this? Honestly, I said it took me a lot of years, and I overcame it because one day, I realized that I would not be able to really get what I wanted out of life, and I was really small thinking at the time, I was in the military and I had a certain … I was up for sale of the quarter board, and I didn’t win, even though I knew my work was outstanding. I gathered up the nerve, the gumption to ask one of the chiefs in the board and said, “Can you tell me why I didn’t win?”
Let me tell you, that took a lot, I had to work up to that, oh my gosh, I had to do so much self talk to just get to the point of being able to ask that chief; He was a senior chief actually; why I didn’t win the sale of the quarter, ’cause I just knew my work was outstanding.
And he told me, he said, “No one knew who you were. We all know who you are in operations, but no one else knows who you are in the other departments.” And that was when I said, oh my gosh, if I want to attain certain like sale of the quarter, and I knew that would be good for advancement and promotion, if I wanted to get to a certain point, I would need to step out of my comfort zone, start talking to more people and get myself known.
That was the start of my journey to getting more self confidence and stepping away from my shyness, and I did a lot of self talk, and like I said, it took years. But now, where I’m at now is I have learned so much about how to accomplish goals a lot quicker with more than self talk, and a lot quicker.
So, did you know that studies have shown that to develop new habits and therefore those habits that you can reach goals with, it takes between 20 and 60 days or something like that? So if you can develop new habits, you don’t have to take years to get out of your shyness, or you don’t have to take years to get to attain a new self confidence, you can absolutely with these steps that I’m going to give you in this new confidence course, you can have this self confidence in a much shorter amount of time.
I repeat, it took me years, and I still am very shy, I still am very shy. I will go to an event, and I kind of freak out, I don’t do well in a large setting, but I can, I can force myself to do it if I know that I have to do it, like go talk to somebody.
But ordinarily, you will find me still pretty quiet and standing in the corner, until I realize that in order to be able to meet new people and help others, that that’s what I need to do is get out and talk to them. But here’s what I have, I can help you gain self confidence with this short course.
Self Confidence Course to help you
My new short course, (the audio is less than 30 minutes long) there are some homework assignments for those of you that really want to understand the why’s and the wherefore’s, but doing the homework assignments will only get you through the process quicker and help set you up with a more solid foundation for how to build the self confidence.
And then once we’re done with that, then I have a planner that you can take with you and you can watch what happens over time with the assignments that are in this self confidence course.
Now, what is that worth? I have no idea. What I do know is that I’m closing the doors on the self confidence course on the Bold Confidence Club very soon, because I’ve opened it up just for a short time for some beta testers, I want to make sure that it’s very good, very clean, and work out all the glitches.
So, I’m closing these doors very soon, if you really want in or if you know anybody that might want to increase their self confidence, or even to develop a new habit of increasing self love and their self image, hit the share button and share it out to your friends and let them sign up while the doors are still open.
So, I just want to encourage you to sign up, this course is short, impact, and can be life changing if you let it, if you let it.
So, join the www.boldconfidenceclub.com right now, and we will see you on the other side. I welcome you and we will have a separate group, I’ll be doing Q and A’s inside that group, you’ll get direct access to me during this course.
But, I’m super excited for it, because if I would have had this when I was 20, imagine where I would have been, imagine what could have been accomplished.
So, share it out, subscribe to the broadcast. And even if you do have a good amount of self confidence, even if you’re not shy, come on in and play along in the club, because you might just learn something.
Thank you again for reading this post and watch my video and if you want more self confidence simply sign up to my new course HERE right now!

What’s on your mind and what does it matter?
I’m going to take a few minutes to talk to you about how important “what’s on your mind” to you.
I would say that I’ve been doing a lot of learning, a lot of studying, and I believe that studying something, if we wanna learn more about it, it’s the only way we’re really gonna learn, really studying, I mean diving in. And that’s what I’ve been doing.
I’ve been absolutely studying the mindset and the importance of it, and how important your mindset really is.
And one of the things that has become very apparent to me is that no matter what’s on our mind it is what is on our mind that drives who we are, who we become, and what we do, ultimately. And so, even the littlest thing, the littlest bit of negativity can result in big changes or big effect to your day.
And therefore, to your life!
Tune in to my video to learn more…
Be mindful of what you feed your mind
I want to encourage you to be very, very mindful about what you put in your mind. And if you feel like there is anything negative coming on, do anything you can to stop it and say, “Okay, I don’t wanna go in that direction.” I do not wanna have a negative mindset, I do not wanna have a bad day.” So do whatever it takes.
You know one of the simplest ways to switch that around is to put on some good music. If you can have a certain set of tracks that you might wanna listen to when you wanna be, “Happy, Happy” by Feral Williams is a great one. Just find some good, happy music. Music has been shown to really affect your mind.
I wanna explain how this works, and I wanna give you a visual representation of how your mind works and how what you put into it affects who you are. I want you to imagine your mind as fertile soil. And fertile soil, it’s ready, it’s ready for things to be planted in it, whether it’s a tree, a fruit tree, vegetables.
Imagine your mind as fertile soil!
If you have fertile soil, whatever you plant in it is going to grow, that’s just the law. And whatever you take care of grows. You’ve gotta water that plant, and when you water it, it will absolutely grow. And in relation to the mind, when you plant something in your mind, you water it when you pay attention to it.
Does that make sense?
Here we are, we’ve got this fertile ground, our mind, it’s ready for planting, and if you were to take the fertile soil and you were to plant a poisonous tree …
Gosh darn it I’m really upset. I’m not really upset. See, that’s a negative thought. I’m gonna turn that thought around to, obviously that must have meant I was supposed to have better lighting. Oh, there we are. Okay, good. Yay.
If we put in a poisonous plant, then that poisonous plant is gonna grow. And then, you put the beautiful hydrangea bush. Guess what?
The hydrangea bush will grow, if that’s what you’re planting, and that’s what you nurture, and that’s what you take care of, and you water it daily.
Our mind is exactly like this. No matter what we plant in our mind, whatever we pay attention to, that’s exactly what grows. And that’s why it is so important to be mindful of what is on your mind, what is in your mind, and how to monitor your thoughts, how to watch your thoughts.
So, if you want disfortune or misfortune or ailments or bad stuff to happen, then that’s what you think about. So if you live in those negative worlds, that’s exactly what’s going to grow. And that’s how that works. You’ve got to think of your mind as fertile soil, and whatever you plant in it is what’s going to grow. That’s just the law. It’s the law.
I want to encourage you to remember that, and remember that every single time that you have a thought, that thought is a seed, and that thought planted in your mind is absolutely what’s going to grow. If you do not want it to grow, how do you do it? How do you kill a plant? How do you kill a poisonous plant?
Well, in real life, we spray RoundUp. Right?
That’s what we do. In real life, if there’s a weed that we don’t want growing. We gotta treat the bad thoughts in our mind like weeds. We gotta pluck them out. We gotta spray RoundUp on them. That’s how we get rid of those negative thoughts. And what happens then? It leaves more room for planting of good stuff.
For example today we are heading off to the gym, because we have planted in our mind that we want to be healthy and we are making the effort and taking the action to be healthy and that’s why we’re going to the gym right now.
So I hope I have got your to question yourself on ‘what’s on your mind‘ and have a beautiful day everyone and remember…
You are awesome. You are amazing. You are beautiful. I know that, and I want you to know that about you too!
To YOUR Success,
Dianna
